Even Valery hardly went upstairs, her husband managed to go up to the middle of the staircase and he felt bad. Then the couple decided not to spend two weeks at the house and returned home. They demanded to return their money for the trip. But at first the employees of the tourist agency didn’t want to return the money.

“We were told that it was impossible to return the money because we hadn’t visited the house. However, we didn’t want to go up to the house. We couldn’t go upstairs, it’s silly” – Valery said.

Having desponded, the elderly people resolved to fight with the tourist agency and applied for help to the journalists. After the scandal was mentioned in the mass media, the couple was returned the sum.
